My previous post alluded to a similar event, even if rather vaguely. The link to the following story was alleged to be a hack of CNN, though there is online discussion as to whether or not this is some type of a Chinese state sponsored “warning” if you will.
The events couldn’t coincide more beautifully as just last weekend it was announced that some major Chinese funds are in danger of default on January 31st of this year. Further concerns abound as to the strength of the weakening Chinese economy and US market inflation; as evidenced by the DOW’s significant correction on Thursday and Friday of this week. We know the Chinese have major reservations about the American propensity to print money and water down the value of their investments.
