Gov. Michelle Lujan Grisham is extending the public health emergency order through the month of August. That means occupancy restrictions on businesses remain the same. Businesses and houses of worship will remain at 25 percent capacity. The face covering mandate remains in place as well. Lujan Grishmam said back-to-school plans remain the same for now. She said students will be able to go back to school after Labor Day if there is nor surge in cases.
