Lawmakers asked to pull plug on U.S. city’s ‘surveillance state’

The civil-rights advocates at the Rutherford Institute are asking lawmakers in one American state to pull the reins on a plan being implemented in the city of Baltimore that spies on city residents from the air – more or less all the time.
